How long do we have?

God has allowed America to exist for this time span, but will he continue to do so seeing as how we have given up on the bible and the biblical standards with which this country was founded on? God is good, and he has allowed us to prosper, and flourish, but if we are not careful we will set ourselves up for destruction, just as Sodom and Gomorrah did, and many other nations in the bible. God gave them chances to change and repent, but they still continued in their sinful ways. How many times has he given us a chance to change, and how many more chances will we have before destruction is set and comes to pass? Noone knows but do we really want to continue to glorify sinful activities and nature and allow those things that are evil to exist within the borders of our nation?

Have you forgotten

In Ephesians Chapter 6 it talks about the whole armour of God, and how we are supposed to put it in order to fend off the wiles of the devil. Well what happens to you when you do one of the following steps;

1. Forget what you have - We have a helmet of salvation, a breastplate of righteousness, loins girt with the truth, feet shod with the preparation of the gospel, and most of all the sword, which is the word of God. What happens if you forget one of these items? You are subject to attack.

2. Trade in something you have for something you think you need. We as humans do this on a daily basis because we think we know better than God does, and heaven forbid that we should give our lives to God, and thats where our failure begins. We can't trade what we have with God for what this world offers, because in death this world will pass away, and if you can't say I trust in the Lord, and I am ready for heaven then you are not going to live a happy life and nothing will ever be enough. YOu will always want more.

3. Throw away something that will help you because you don't want to carry it. We have burdens and cares we carry everyday, and we have to be steadfast in our walk with God. If we give up our burdens because we don't care then those who we might have helped in their lives, might not ever have someone to come along side of them just as each of us has had someone help us in our time of need. Don't give up on God  and he says he will never leave you or forsake you.

Ever feel like you don't know where we are headed in America?

So many times we see in this nation today people of promise making idiots out of themselves by opening their mouths and saying the wrong thing. Why is that? Well our politicians do it everyday, and that makes me wonder where is this nation heading?

Claim America

If you are going to call yourself an American, and claim this nation as your home. Ask yourself what are you willing to do in order to continue living in this nation to keep it free from tyranny, and oppression that is currently being created by our government?
